As a Texas-based practice Guiding Lantern, PLLC can only serve Texas residents. For safety measures and compliance with laws and regulations the client must be in Texas at the time of rendering services. Please note that Guiding Lantern, PLLC is out of network and does not accept insurance.
Consultation
It is important for me that you use your voice to find and engage in the care that will best optimize your healing. For that, we offer a free 30-minute consultation, where you can learn more about my practice and my services beforehand. Se habla Español.

Individual Counseling
From the comfort and privacy of your own home healing will be at your pace. Virtual therapy will be your safe space for genuine mending. Se habla Español.

Therapeutic Workshops
In community and fellowship our therapeutic workshops are meant for teaching and healing. Workshops are a closed series, with 3-5 sessions, offered throughout the year with topics related to, but not limited to, adjusting to motherhood, marriage, self-worth, grief, parenting, postpartum anxiety, and more.
Per Session | $50
Biblical Counseling
Biblical Counseling is distinct from secular counseling where a licensed counselor integrates spirituality into traditional counseling methods and psychological principles. Biblical Counseling is available upon request.

Project-Based Consulting
Consultating has the intention of meeting a need or filling in a capacity gap. Consultation projects can vary but are not limited to, enhancing and operationalizing clinical workflows for increased efficiency, enhancing clinical expansion, design and implementation of existing and new services. Methods of consultation can include brainstorming, goal-setting and strategic planning, research, solution development, etc. End products for consideration can be strategic plans, small proposal writing, strengths and needs assessments, clinical forms, etc.

Supervision
Supervision is for Texas LPC Associates is available through flexible methods, from face-to-face, hybrid or fully virtual. To help expand your learning arena, as appropriate, Supervision is provided both individually and in group.

Marriage/Couples Counseling
Struggles in our relationships can be overwhelming and place strain on our wellbeing. However, conflict also present opportunities for change and grow. By brining awareness to the roots of the struggles we will work towards change to produce a fulfilling future.

Training for Professionals
Helping you grow! Need to create a space for professional development? My trainings can be general or tailored to your needs. I train small to medium groups in-person or virtual. Or join one of our open trainings and workshops, announced on our website and social media pages. Topics can vary from, being trauma-informed, anxiety and our body, client engagement, best practices in assessment and treatment planning and more.
